Craft and Hobby Supplies
I’ve been buying yarn and knitting tools here since 2013. The quality of the yarn, knitting needles, crochet hooks, and supplies have all been excellent. The customer service is stellar as well. A small business. If you sign up for their emails, you get 15% off your first order.
Furls Fiberarts is a small business that sells some yarn, but my favorite products that they make are their handmade wood crochet hooks and accessories.
Whenever I need fabric or sewing supplies, Connecting Threads offers a wonderful variety of quality items. I’ve been buying from them for years. They are a small business.

Lion Brand Yarn is a fifth generation family business and has been around since 1878. They offer yarn, patterns (click here to their free patterns), and supplies. I’ve bought their goods since 2003!
Home Goods
This is a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and eco-friendly laundry soap powder. It replaces laundry detergent. I use it for all laundry—clothes, delicates, wool, bedding, towels, etc. It comes in a metal tin; no plastic container (but it does have a plastic measuring spoon). It dissolves in cold water and rinses clean. I don’t have to use any other product for laundry now. And it’s available on Amazon.
Skin Care, Makeup, Health
HiBAR is a company that makes totally plastic-free products. I use their Shampoo and Conditioner Bars, Face Wash, and Deodorant. Their products are effective, affordable, and made with natural ingredients. You can visit their website here: HiBAR
Foraged Fields. This company makes natural skincare and makeup products. They are plant and clay based products. Also totally plastic free. I’ve tried all their products and currently use most of them. A small business.
