Craft and Hobby Supplies
I’ve been buying yarn and knitting tools here since 2013. The quality of the yarn, knitting needles, crochet hooks, and supplies have all been excellent. The customer service is stellar as well. They also have a website devoted to crochet. A small business. If you sign up for their emails, you get 15% off your first order.
Furls Fiberarts is a small business that sells some yarn, but my favorite products that they make are their handmade wood crochet hooks and accessories.
Whenever I need fabric or sewing supplies, this company offers a wonderful variety of quality items. I’ve been buying from them for years. They are another small business.
Some of my favorite Lion Brand yarns.
Lion Brand Yarn is a fifth generation family business and has been around since 1878. They offer yarn, patterns (click here to their free patterns) , and supplies. I’ve bought their goods since 2003! Silk City Fibers was started in 1979 and offers yarn in large cones, looms, and even does custom dyeing for you. Both companies are from the Orchard Yarn and Thread Co., Inc.
Home Goods
This is a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and eco-friendly laundry soap powder. It replaces laundry detergent. I use it for all laundry—clothes, delicates, wool, bedding, towels, etc. It comes in a metal tin; no plastic container (but it does have a plastic measuring spoon). It dissolves in cold water and rinses clean. I don’t have to use any other product for laundry now. And it’s available on Amazon.
This company makes organic and OEKO-TEX certified bamboo bedding. A small business.
Skin Care, Makeup, Health
This company makes minimalist makeup and skincare products. They are plant and clay based products. Also totally plastic free. I’ve tried all their products and currently use most of them. A small business. Link to Etsy shop.
These soaps and skincare products are made with organic ingredients and are unscented/fragrance-free. (The only smell is, for example, the ones made with cocoa butter have the natural smell of cocoa butter.) There is a good variety to pick from in soaps and several skin care products. Another small business. The owner of this shop makes skincare and makeup products from pure ingredients. Link to her store on Etsy.
Starwest Botanicals is a small business that has been offering organic herbs and spices since 1975.
Mimi’s Bees rescues honeybees from live bee removals and provides them with a new, safe home. The honey the bees make is delicious, Grade A quality. It is perfect for eating or for using in skincare. Link to their shop:

I have been with Weebly since 2014. I designed both of my websites with them, which are still active today. I really appreciate how easy they make it to design and maintain a website. Basically just drag and drop design elements. They also have great help articles and additionally have answered my messages in a timely manner.
